The RMS 'TV' Division ('TV' stands for Trivandrum) is one among the three divisions which the Railway Mail Service wing of the Kerala Postal Circle has been divided into, with the others being RMS 'EK' Division and RMS 'CT' Division. With its Head Quarters at Thiruvananthapuram the State capital of Kerala, RMS ‘TV’ Dn. includes Thiruvananthapuram RMS, Kollam RMS, Kayamkulam RMS, Tiruvalla RMS, Changanacherry Sorting, Kottayam RMS, Alappuzha RMS and related Speedpost Sorting Hubs, Sub Record Offices, Head Record Office, HRO Accounts, Transit Mail Offices and Divisional Office. It is governed by the Senior Superintendent of RMS.
